Introduction

Chrysalis Supplies was a newly formed warehousing and fulfilment company specialising in the distribution of cleaning products to hotels, offices, and commercial venues across the UK. Although newly incorporated, the founders brought with them significant industry experience and a pre-existing client base eager to engage from launch.

With speed-to-market as a priority, Chrysalis engaged POLARIS to deliver a complete IT foundation from day one. Their goals were clear: launch quickly, enable seamless collaboration across their office and warehouse, and work with a single IT provider that could handle infrastructure, licensing, security, and support, all under one roof.

The Challenge

As a newly formed business, Chrysalis Supplies was starting with a clean slate but also with no internal IT knowledge.   • Email security configuration with enforced best-practice policies.
  • Setup of Microsoft 365 SaaS Backup for data resilience.
  • Implementation of Teams telephony, including call routing, auto attendants, and direct dial numbers.
  • Assistance with deployment and configuration of Sage 50cloud Accounts.

Chrysalis Supplies was up and running within just 48 hours of their initial request to POLARIS, with core systems, including email, communication tools, and devices, fully operational. Within three weeks, we had deployed their complete IT environment: Microsoft 365 tenant, endpoint security, Teams telephony, SaaS backups, Sage Accounts setup, and business-grade devices, all configured and secured to best practice.
